珀丽酒店发布公告，附属索普物业拟向洛阳鼎和电力建设有限公司出售洛阳金水湾大酒店有限公司60%股权，代价为人民币6100万元。于完成后，目标公司及目标附属公司均不再为公司附属;公司股票11月27日复牌。
